Field Service: An unscheduled breakdown can wreck your production schedule and the profitability of your job. Our service department is dedicated to “Fast Response Field Service”. We understand that we must determine the extent of the breakdown as soon as possible. Our field service personnel are factory trained and qualified to return your machine to service fast. Lyle Machinery has a fleet of fully equipped service trucks to serve your equipment needs 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

Shop Service: Our Motto “No Surprises”: At Lyle Machinery we know you don’t like to get surprised with a delay in getting your machine back or an invoice for more money than you expected. We will give you a fair price estimate up front. We will also inform you as to the time you should expect to get your machine back into service. We will make every effort to communicate any changes to the schedule or price immediately so you won’t be surprised. Your business is important to us and we know communication is critical to earning your trust.

Product Support Representatives: Our Product Support reps. are in the field with you to see that your equipment needs are addressed with the highest possible sense of urgency. We want you to know that we are concerned about your equipments productivity. Our PSSR”S will assist you with managing your maintenance cost. They are available to provide maintenance training for your personnel, evaluate the condition of your machines and make recommendations to maintain the lowest cost per hour possible.
